アメリカでサウジアラビア人のご主人と出会いステファニーは1988年からカイロに住んでいます。息子さんのお嫁さんがパレスチナ人である事で立ち上がり、戦争が始まってから多くのガザから逃れてきた人々を助けてきた素晴らしいアメリカ人女性です。既に5000人のガザからの難民に会ったそうです。自宅を解放したセンターには沢山の支援物資が運ばれてきます。今日はガザの人々の為に沢山のマットレスが届きました。彼女が子供地球基金の活動に共鳴し、私はここを拠点にワークショップ等をして活動しています。
Stephanie met her husband in the United States and has lived in Cairo since 1988. She is a wonderful American woman who has stood up for herself because her son’s wife is Palestinian and has helped many people who have fled Gaza since the war began. He has already met 5,000 refugees from Gaza. A large amount of relief supplies are being delivered to the center where the home was liberated. Today she received many mattresses for the people of Gaza.
She resonates with the activities of Kids Earth Fund, and I am based here, conducting workshops and other activities.
