One week after the Kumamoto earthquake that occurred in 2016, we entered the afflicted area, delivered supplies, and conducted a workshop to draw pictures. This year, on the 14th of April, 3 years after the Kumamoto earthquake, we will conduct workshops to draw pictures with the children around Mashiki-cho, an area where the earthquake caused severe damage. 4/12 (Friday) at Mashiki-cho children’s home, 4/13 (Saturday) at 2 children’s nursing homes in Kumamoto city, and 4/14 (Sunday) at Kiyama temporary housing complex’s west meeting place are the 4 locations were we will hold the drawing workshops and convey the importance of expression.
